Oh my, how lovely this scarf is! Sparkly and lightweight, a dream to wrap!

  2. I bought this scarf in forest green, wore it for the first time earlier this week and came back tonight to buy another one in a different color. It is amazing. It is soft and lightweight, but not flimsy or transparent. Snuggly warm in 35 degree F windy weather (I pulled the tail across my face and neck when they felt cold and they instantly warmed), but was not hot indoors. Richly colored. Grippy. I wore it on its own, with a tie in back, turban cross in front and one tail; and the sequins did not catch on anything, including my wiry hair that was underneath it. I would not be concerned at all about pairing it with a smooth scarf; haven’t tested with fluffy texture. It works well with my warm skin tone, but would probably work with cooler tones too.

With just the right colours, this will look very special on you. I always saw this as somewhere between casual and formal, always giving just the right amount of sparkle.

Soft, stretchy and lightweight. Versatile and great for layering or wearing on its own. Just be careful with your fingernails!! Snags easily.

Here’s the one in turquoise. LOVE.

  6. Rated 5 out of 5

The Dewdrop Sparkle is sturdier than eg. 2in1’s, but lighter than the Cranberry. The sequins give it a subtle sass and it’s easy to wrap and layer.
In the pics I’m wearing the Aqua.

I have this in navy. It’s darker than I expected, but very nice. The sequins add a pretty but not overwhelming sparkle.

I am really surprised by this scarf. The sequins are on there so solidly!! It’s cushy and fun to wrap, and I like changing it up sometimes by wearing the sequins on the inside.
This is the scarf in teal!

  9. The fabric is pretty and easy to handle. The reason I don’t rate it 5 stars is that I was really surprised to see how green this aqua scarf is in real life.
In the photo where Andrea is wearing the Dewdrop Sparkle in aqua, white and teal, the aqua shade is similar to if not lighter blue than the Lakeshore Bliss aqua.
The Dewdrop aqua is actually closer to the 2in1 shade Seafoam Green.

The lighting changes the color of this scarf significantly, so that’s something to keep in mind when choosing your color!

  10. This scarf is so soft, and I love wearing it when I just want a solid color. The sequins make it look dressed up just with a simple wrap!

  11. This is a tichel that can be worn very easily for both casual and formal occasions. It works very well on its own, or layered with another scarf. The sequins don’t fall off, and they give just enough sparkle without being too showy. I especially like how the sequins are also attached to the fringes which give a very pretty effect. This is a very good basic to have.

  12. This is one of the first scarves I purchased..of course, in black. I’m definitely going to be buying another, I”YH. It’s such a versatile tichel/scarf.It packs very easily, add a touch of elegance to any outfit and can be worn with many different outfits, from casual to very formal, depending on the color. It drapes, pleats and wraps almost effortlessly, is lightweight and yet warm and very comfortable.

  13. I originally bought this because the shiny-licious was out of stock in the colour I wanted for a particular event. Now every time I take it out I ask myself why I don’t have more of these gorgeously soft scarves that drape so fluidly. The colour is rich, the sparkle subtler than you might think (I’ve worn it for work without getting funny looks or feeling unprofessional) and the texture is oh-so-soft!

  14. I haven’t actually found much opportunity to wear this scarf yet (I have the black one) but from playing around with it, it is very soft, comfortable and easier to work with than other scarves. The sequins make it look very fancy. I’m just waiting for the right outfit and occasion to make use of this scarf!

  15. I have the scarf in magenta- not a color I usually wear, but the sparkles were too enticing! I am so glad I did get this, it’s become one of my favorite scarves to wrap. I thought it may be difficult with the sequins ( I was afraid they would snag) but I’ve never had a problem with that! It’s such a soft and easy to wrap scarf, I need more of them; I think one in each color will do!

  16. I bought the teal and royal blue dewdrops, and they are really lovely. They’re soft, light, and very easy to wrap…and the sequins add a beautiful sparkle. I usually wear them on their own, but they’re light enough that they would be very easy to layer with other tichels as well.

  17. The grey Dewdrop is one of my favorite scarves. It is perfect by itself but also wonderful layered with 2in1s, with a Shinylicious, and even with sari scarves. The sequins give it some real pizzazz–but it can easily stay casual enough to wear as you go about your day.

  18. I have these in teal and white, and I have to get the rest of the colours because these are SO comfortable. They don’t slip, they look incredibly classy and are truly effortless, even for a clumsy beginner such as myself. Match this with a demure pin and get ready for the compliments!

  19. I bought the dewdrop sparkle in green and it is such an amazing flattering scarf to wrap in. It’s thin which means that it doesn’t give you too much volume unless you’re trying for it. The weight doesn’t pull at your hair. And my personal favorite part about it is the richness of the color! It’s a pure forest green that easily matches and goes with many other colors. One last thing, it wraps very well as a turban!

  20. I received this scarf today and I love it. So soft and the sparkle is subtle but eye-catching also. I love the way the light reflects off the sequins. This will be one of my favorites!!

  21. What can I add to the reviews above (including my own early last month about the forest green)?

Well — firsthand color observations on the coral pink — to save you agony in the event that you, like me, are very particular about what colors you will order. In real life, the coral pink does not have nearly as much of an orange cast to it as it appears to have on my laptop screen, though it tends more toward orange than purple. It is a bright pink. I plan to use it as an accent with a dark brown scarf, for a particular spring/summer skirt.

It might help to know that the sequins on these scarves are very small. They are sewn down along their middles, so they don’t jiggle around. That is what, in my opinion, prevents the scarf from looking tacky. While I was wearing my green one (the only one I’ve worn so far), some sequins actually started to nudge their way into the fabric a bit, so that some of their edges could not be seen. Yet, a grid of sparkle still showed. The net effect was to make the beauty more subtle.

And one practical tip: Washing my green one in the washing machine, even on delicate cycle in a lingerie bag, made most of the fringes knot amongst themselves, untwist and unravel. The rest of the scarf came out fine (line-dried). While this is only an issue for those of us who want fringes to show at least sometimes, and who want a neat look at the same time, I spent a lot of time retwisting. Next time I will only hand wash the soiled part. I am considering knotting the ends, but don’t know how knots would look and whether they would prevent the unraveling.

  22. This is the best scarf I own! I just ordered a bunch of colors. It lays beautifully and looks elegant with almost no effort. Its comfortable and soft and the sparkle makes it eye-catching while still being subtle in it’s beauty. Its thin enough to wrap easily but it has the appearance of a more complicated scarf. Its also comfy and soft and doesn’t move in the wind. If you are a beginner this scarf will make you look like a pro. Don’t hesitate, just buy this one! You won’t regret it!!!

  23. I cannot believe what I was able to do with this. Mine is dark forest green and I love that color. Then I tried it. I could actually do all of my favorite basic wraps with it, including a basic round wrap and chignon. The sequins did not get in the way and the scarf looked amazing. Now my daughter wants me to get more of these. I just might do that.
